Jenny Skoog is a personal trainer who specializes in bride-to-baby fitness, coaching women through the most important moments of their lives. Her work doesn’t stop in the gym, though. She’s an urban doula, a childbirth educator, a nutritionist and Master Trainer in pre-and post-natal fitness. Jenny’s there with her clients every step of the way, whether in person in New York City, where she lives, or online for her clients nationwide.
