The million dollar question
If I had a penny for every time someone asked it, I’d be a millionaire. For women, it’s called a “muffin top”. For guys, lovehandles. There are many different variations of ‘it’:
- belly roll
- beer gut
- spare tire
What’s the question, then? How to get rid of it!
Washboard abs are made in the kitchen. Seriously, it all boils down to this: if you eat more calories than you can burn off, the body stores excess calories as fat. My advice?
Clean up your act. Take a long, hard and honest look at yourself in a full-length mirror. Get real. Toss out the twinkies, grab your sneakers and head out the door after dinner tonight for a long stroll. Get an extra 30 minutes of activity in every day (in addition to your regular program). Cut down on the cheese, meat, bread and pasta (and get rid of the cheesecake and other nonsense). Guzzle oodles of water. Do this for 6 weeks and then email me.
If you don’t see any results, whatsoever, you didn’t stick to the program.
