Wedding Day Workout!
Every bride wants to look fantastic on her wedding day – after all, it’s the photos that last forever. So when you wake up that morning, should you go for a run or hit the weights? Since you’ll be spending many hours on your feet dancing the night away, march your booty straight to the weight room and get your pump on for pictures!
Here’s a quick, 20-minute, wedding-day circuit that’s sure to give you the toned look you’ve been training for. Do 2-4 rounds with minimal rest. And remember: safety first! You’ll be a bundle of nerves, so be careful! Now is not the time to sprain an ankle or wrench your wrist!
- 15 pushups
- 10 chin-ups or lat pulldowns
- 15 V-ups
- 10 bicep-curl-to-overhead-press
- 15 rows
- 10 triceps extensions
