Let’s get real: winter is not kind to the waistline. This year, avoid unwanted midsection expansion and run with Team Skoogfit! Jenny will take you through a series of drills that will get you running faster and more efficient. Each week, after a proper warmup, we’ll work on a specific set of tasks, like hill sprints, distance drills, agility workouts and more. We’ll finish each run with a proper cool-down stretch. This class is geared towards beginner-to-intermediate runners, but all levels are welcome.
