Not only is staying active during pregnancy essential for women, but research shows advanced cognitive skills in babies born to mothers who exercise during their pregnancies. Jenny’s trimester-by-trimester approach to prenatal training makes workouts relevant, safe and goal-oriented. After childbirth, Jenny is an expert in strengthening posture, core and pelvic floor muscles.
